This pretty bracelet and earring set is a wonderful way to add fluffy accents to your wardrobe or fashion a sweet treasure for a chum. Put scissors to jersey cotton to create little textured bobbles which you can then stitch to tapestry for a bracelet and hang from wire supports to create drop earrings. Truly bobble-licious!
