Crochet your own pretty case

Keep make-up and trinkets safe in a pretty case. This sweet design by Sarah Shrimpton is made in two parts. First work the body of the purse, using linked trebles to create a solid fabric. If this stitch is new to you, follow the how-to in our Great Advice panel. Once the body of your bag is complete, work the simple doily then sew both parts together and add a pretty button. We’ve tried two different colour combinations, so try both and give one to a friend.
